设备介绍

该设备是由电机、底座、传动、密封、均质器、流量泵、压力保护装置、冷却、加热装置、控制单元等组成。物料从设备上口进入,经九级高速剪切,从下而上从上口排出。是GDG20A型的细分,定子和转子极小的配合间隙,在转子超速运行时产生粒子团微粒化,定子面静止,在强大的速差下,转子高速旋转,从而形成0.1-0.5um的薄膜,对粒径进行切割、剥离、分层,对物料进行乳化、分散、切割等作用。

1、具有对腔室内剪切的物料进行在线保温和加热功能,确保物料不会过热或过冷,满足各种工艺要求。

2、双端面机械密封自带水循环冷却和安全保护装置,具有压力示警保护功能,压力值低于安全压力时声光报警,高速旋转时密封更加可靠。3、采用五轴数控精密加工,保障了形位公差和尺寸公差的合格率,确保剪切定子、转子配合间隙仅为0.15mm高速下运行顺畅。高速运行的轴承温控装置，保证了8000r/min下长时间持续工作。

4、特殊材料保障主轴在高速运行时不会发生形变,线速度50m/s,跳动在0.05mm以内。

5、强大的剪切力、精密配合、稳定输出的组合下,物料粒径可达0.2-1um。

6、具有自循环清洗功能,满足GMP要求。
